This is a site about the permanent tourist (hence the permatourist). Citizen of no country, the permatourist lives for the day and new adventures. The permatourist isn’t necessarily wealthy, and may in fact be poor, but regardless of financial status, he or she is always fiercely independent. The permatourist can be retired or has a line of work which allows one to live wherever seems fitting.
